Triumph Golf sells four properties in the Atlanta Area

Milton Country Club was sold by Triumph to the City of Milton in January 2018 in order to add parklands and public facilities for the community. The sale of the club was a win-win for the Investors, the City of Milton and local residents.

In February 2021 Triumph sold The Trophy Atlanta Golf Course to a local real estate developer. Triumph continued to manage the club for six months for the developer as he rezoned the property to develop the land for much needed high-end real estate.

Triumph negotiated the sale of Heritage Golf Links back to the original owner and current landowner. This sale removed a potential environmental risk for the investors from an aging dam on the property and empowered the new owner to cost effectively manage the necessary dam repairs going forward.

After owning Woodmont Golf Club for more than six years, and turning the club around financially, Triumph was approached by an Investor to purchase the club. The transaction exceeded our proforma expectations and resulted in substantial returns for our Investors.
